We propose our food service mainly during week end upon reservation either :
  • at the out of time kitchen nearby the fireplace on winter where we also serve breakfasts.
  • at individual table at the dining room
  • at the trophy lounge for gala dinner or group (up to 22)
  • But you could also experience few next door restaurants …

Our menus


Our menus ( from 19 to 32 euros) mainly used local products:
  • from december till mid march upon reservation we cook black truffle with eggs or pasta
  • on autumn we like to propose wild pig, roe deer, duck breast or chicken curry
  • on summertime our suggestion is grilled tuna fish or fish curry, or a light dinner with tapas and local ham, icecream. We also propose a lunch basket upon request

On the side


We propose you for the meals our local wines: red Cotes du Rhone, Viognier (white), rosé from the Ardeche hills in pitcher (from 4 euros) or in bottle (from 13 euros).


In the evening in the main courtyard or by the pool, enjoy a local wine, an aperitif: champagne, kyr, whisky, martini gin, punch... or a digestive: marc de bourgogne, armagnac, cognac, plum, pear...

and over a jazz aria or an opera extract, in the lounge or in the main courtyard, appreciate Brillât Savarin's motto: "to welcome a guest is to take care of his happiness while he is under your roof".
